Boston condo transactions down to 2010 levels

Transactions this year are going to be lower than previous years, as our 2013 Year End Report predicted, due to tight inventory and longer lead times for under agreement inventory to close (i.e. new developments expected to be completed 2015 and later).  Even with the 80+ Millennium Place closings that occurred in 1Q this year, by 2Q the Boston condo transactions will likely close out at 2010 levels.
